1) Operation should be stopped when the hose vibrates violently
The high-pressure and low-pressure hoses of the crushing hammer should be checked for excessive vibration. If that situation exists, it may be due to a malfunction. You should immediately contact your local authorized service office to obtain repair services. Further inspection should be conducted for oil leakage at the hose joint. If there is oil leakage, the joint should be re tightened. During the operation, the steel drill should be visually inspected for any excess. If there is no excess, it must be stuck in the lower body. The lower body should be removed to check if the component should be repaired or replaced with a faulty component.
2) Stop work (avoid excessive air strikes)

3) Crushing hammer cannot be used to move stones

4) Do not use the steel drill as a pry bar

5) Keep hitting for no more than one minute


6) For long and hard large stones, they can start to break at their cracks or tails, making it relatively easy to break the stones.
7) The crushing hammer should operate at regular engine speed

8) Crushing hammer cannot operate in water or mud

9) Do not let the crushing hammer fall directly to break the stones

10) When the stroke of the oil cylinder rod on the excavator arm is at its maximum, please do not perform hitting operations

11) Do not use a crushing hammer to suspend objects
